Now in this era, we can see the complete shift in functionality of the companies how these companies hire people from all over the world without location barrier and hence getting their work done.

Actually, it seems more admissible by companies and businesses to hire freelancers from all over the world. This seems more profitable as it lowers the employee expenses, taxes, less work station, health, and food allowance and many more.

How to get started

This is the most asked question nowadays. Infect I am also going through this same situation, whether to quit freelancing or a full-time job. In the end, you have to make money from any of these sources. So, stay tuned and read every bit of the article so you might have some key points to get appropriate answers of the above-asked question.

Freelancing is a full-time job

First of all, we have to learn that Freelancing itself is a full-time job. It sounds easy and you will have tons of videos and content about how you can easily start freelancing and earn money right away, but this is not the piece of cake.

It’s not only about yourself it’s about your country as well. Your country badge means a lot and decides whether to award this project to you or not. I usually see most of the time that the client starts the job post by typing few countries name and asking their freelancers even not to bid on their project.

You are the ambassador

As a freelancer, you are just like a company. You are the ambassador of yourself. In order to get freelance running in a happy manner, you have to do multiple things simultaneously. You are not doing one thing you are a one man show.

First you need to find the ideal business niche and that’s the most hardest task being the freelancer and finding the success full job you have to work on the job and get the task done that satisfies the client meanwhile you are a salesperson of your work giving a sales pitch to client who deals with the clients and at the same time you are the marketing person who markets the skills set to clients in order to get the more jobs. In the end, you will be doing your Quality check of your product keeping client happy in all aspects.

Freelancing needs time. It’s not a matter of a few hours and done. Initially, you have to give heart and soul to the freelancing and after some successful projects, there is a stage comes when you feel relax.

Time is the Key

It’s all about how you think and how you want to manage yourself in between as a freelancer or a full-time employee. If you are ok with your employment and runs your bread and butter so it is very much easy to stick with it and do freelancing in your spare time. On and off, occasionally.

As soon as you start receiving a good response from freelancing portal you will start thinking of leaving your permanent job. But on the other side yes there is a will there is a way. If you think you can take both responsibilities side by side so please go on.

In building freelancing career there are some people who start neglecting the responsibility of the current job where they are working permanently. This should not be the case. You have to take all the work as a responsible person and accomplished as per directed.Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below about having freelancing and full-time job simultaneously. What’s your choice?[/vc_message]Feel free to ask any query, I will love to answer them.
